SSL_CTX_use_certificate_chain_file

Hi,

May I suggest the use of SSL_CTX_use_certificate_chain_file
instead of SSL_CTX_use_certificate_file in imap/tls.c so that one
may specify a certificate chain, instead of being limited to one
certificate. I am asking because inexpensive SSL certificate
providers like godaddy.com require certificate chains of two
certificates (Apache supports them).
