This is surprising, and does *not* mesh with the bug which I fixed.  This
actually looks like a legitimately corrupted mailbox.

This is a pointer, so, its values can be pretty strange.

The bug we had was that we were running off the end of the cache file (by
going one step too far), so you'd get to the last msgno and the last cache
entry, and poof.

Do these mailboxes ever get this problem again after you reconstruct them?
