Cyrus-sasl-2.1.17-2 build fails

You need to install the src.rpm first, with 'rpm -ivh foo.src.rpm', then
edit the spec file, then rebuild with 'rpmbuild -bb foo.spec.'  To get
started, you are best off not building as root; you can read about
