ACL usage revisted (need feedback)

Then it must mean you need ACLs for _posting_.  Yes, you will need to modify
postfix itself to get this to work, and it won't be easy, since the queue
files don't have the information you need, nor is it passed around the
different postfix components, either.

If you need ACLs for _posting_, you will need sendmail.
