pop3d: Bad IPLOCALPORT/IPREMOTEPORT

AFAIK this (Bad IPREMOTEPORT )is a problem with mixed SASL version (1.x/2.x)
e.g. Postfix with 1.x and cyrus with 2.x or cyrus with both ;-(
