FC2 and DB4 rebuild with DB4 Patch

Yes, it is an NPTL problem and effects only older CPUs. See

https://bugzilla.redhat.com/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=123957

and the related bugzilla with reports about a bunch of unresolved NPTL
problems. Because of such problems Redhat/Fedora in many cases packages
RPMs with an own, independent DB4.
