FC2 and DB4 rebuild with DB4 Patch

I reported this bug back in march 2003!! and it's still not really fixed.
Unfortunately RedHat never took it serious.

Looking at other rpms like openldap, one can see what a PITA it is. I
really whish cyrus-imapd could work completely without BDB.
