Hi,

maybe you should tell us a bit more about what you did. Looks like you are
using my rpms or derivative work of it. Then the question is what has
changed because usually the rpms 'work out of the box (tm)'.
A usual cause of problems is if people first try to install from source
and later, after it didn't work, install the rpms without cleaning up the
system before. Maybe they have an unusable cyrus user setup before or the
wrong libs are still in the wrong place.
