Upgrading to cyrus-imapd-2.2.3-8 using Simon's RPM's

A big Thanks! to Simon and Edward. Everything is back up and running on
Cyrus 2.2 now. I'm not sure what the last error was all about, but I
stopped and started the cyrus-imapd service, and it came up fine!

I really appreciate the time you both spent (even on Easter Sunday, no
less!) to help me out.
