Sometimes I forget to hit "reply all" instead of just "reply" for this list,
so that may be why you missed some :)

We have two problems with Outlook 2002 SP3 right now. The crucial one
happens when switching to a folder that has thousands of messages in it.
Outlook stops responding for extremely long periods of time, with a message
of "fetching new headers", and later the message may change to "updating
cached headers" or something like that. This can take several minutes, often
the user gives up and kills Outlook, then avoids the folder until they have
time to wait for it to finish.

The second problem, really just an annoyance, is that occasionally a message
pops up that says "the IMAP server has closed the connection". This doesn't
seem to affect operation, we just click OK, and keep working. Once I get the
other problem fixed, I'll focus on this one.
