moving mboxes from 2.0.16 to 2.2.1-BETa cyrus imapd

I tried to move it. New cyrus uses skiplist for seen db, the old one is
in ASCII text format, I guess it's flat. I've tried to use  cvt_cyrusdb
but it gave me 'fatal error' ;(

cvt_cyrusdb  /var/tmp/alexc.seen flat /var/tmp/alexc.seen.net skiplist
Converting from /var/tmp/alexc.seen (flat) to  /var/tmp/alexc.seen.net (skiplist)
fatal error: can't open old database
