| Hi,

| I'm trying to get cyrus 2.1.14 on a Debian Testing box w/ Sendmail

|
| I have been able to create the account via cyradm, but I can't get

|
| my sendmail.mc snippet is:

| I'm getting the following errors:

| I'm using saslauthd and that was working before I decided to move the

| to user at domain style. I have unixhierachysep: yes.
|

| possible to work with cyrus 2.1.x in this manner?

I'm still not able to deliver to any accounts that are in the name at domain format.

Just to be clear, when using unixhierachysep: yes, do you create the user like
user.name at domain or user/name at domain?

I've tried both ways and still am not getting anywhere, though the account I had
created before turning on unixhierachysep is showing up as user/name when using
cyradm.

I've turned on debugging in cyrus and haven't yet been able to get a clear
indication from lmtpd what username it thinks it is being given.

I'm also seeing errors from lmtpd where it complains about not being able to
close down file handles 1, 2, and 3 and then it seems like all delivery attempts
don't work until I restart cyrus again.

If I want to try using lmtp delivery as a tcp connection in sendmail, what is
the mailer entry that enables that as I haven't been able to find any examples
that show that scenario.

Thanks,
