Cyrus SASL 2.1.16-BETA Released

I'm pleased to announce the release of Cyrus 2.1.16-BETA on
ftp.andrew.cmu.edu.  This release contains significant changes in a
variety of areas, including the SQL auxprop plugin, Win32 support,
writable auxiliary property support, and the use of newer versions of the
GNU autotools.  As such, it is being labeled as beta-quality.

I'd like to thank all of the people who helped contribute to this release,
especially Alexey Melnikov, who did substantial work towards the Win32
port.
