Mail cannot be downloaded

Hello List,

We have a Cyrus 2.1.12 on a Suse 8.2 running, everythings runs fine
except that some customers get mails, that cannot be download via pop3
or Imap.
The Download Starts and after a while The Client makes an tomeout.
We testet several Clients and it is not client depended.
The Mail is round about 800 kb big and has an attachment. If we send
this mail to a win32 box with mercor mailserver running we can receive
that mail without problems.
Has anybody an Idea what happens here ?
If you want one of problem Mail, that inform me.
