Cyrus 2.1.13 and sendmail

HI!

I have made a fresh install of RH9 and installed Simons
cyrus-imapd-2.1.13-1.src.rpm
on my box. I am usind saslauthd with mech pam. I have added 
define(`confLOCAL_MAILER', `cyrusv2')
MAILER(`cyrusv2')
to my sendmail.mc and made a .cf file from that with make -C /etc/mail .

Now i can use cyradm and by that i have managed to make a user.toomas
but when i try to send an email to that account it fails.
Maillog shows following:

What might be wrong ?

And now some extra informatrion:

sendmail iis 8.12.8-5.90
Might not be relevant, but i do have WU-imap still on the same box from RH
install...
