unixhierarchysep: yes again

I turned it on yesterday. Clients I wrote works fine if I create new 
account. If I just set unixhierarchysep: on clients which already had 
IMAP accounts didn't want to work. First of all Outlook express wanted 
to access mailboxes with net news separator.
