Hmm... /var/imap/ s/b /var/lib/imap/ but I deleted these directories and
started cyrus-imapd 2 times.  Then looked again at this subdir and it
didn't create the db subdirs.  Hmm... so I tried just running:

 /usr/lib/cyrus-imap/ctl_cyrusdb -c

which tells me that ctl_cyrusdb mush be run by cyrus user.  So I: 

 su cyrus
 /usr/lib/cyrus-imap/ctl_cyrusdb -c

which tells me that: unable to init environment.  Hmm...  I have messed
with permissions in a hope that this was the problem, but even 777 gives
me the same errors.  What do you think it means unable to init the
environment?
