cyrus-imspd-v1.4 fixed buffer size for options?

With a Mulberry 3.0.3 client, we occasionally get this error
        Could not set an option:command
        'set' requires 2 properly formed argument(s)
        Account: imsp.library.ucla.edu
which Mulberry support suggests is due to our cyrus-imspd having a fixed
input buffer size for the options file, and we could easily increment
that size and recompile.

My question is: where should I look for that buffer size in
cyrus-imspd-v1.4? Any clue would be appreciated.
