email .db files

I know the access.db file is created using the access file. Same with 
the aliases.db and the deny.db files being created with their respective 
files.  But is there a way to see the contents of the created files?

We are having some rejected mail, that I'm told isn't making it to our 
staff, and some that they have sent that isn't  getting out.  I need to 
see what we are accepting, rejecting, and what our aliases are.
