could not find auxprop plugin

One user notified he got this message:

imapd[13760]: could not find auxprop plugin, was searching for '[all]'

I revised my logs and effectively they are full of these messages, but I 
never noticed it because I and my users can access the server fine.
The message comes from the sasl library.
I'm using cyrus-imapd 2.1.13 and cyrus-sasl 2.1.12, but the message 
appears also with cyrus-imapd 2.1.12 and/or cyrus-sasl 2.1.13.
I'm using saslauthd to authenticate, so why is imapd looking for auxprop 
plugins?
Searching the list I found this message

but it's a different problem (in fact I have no problems authenticating).
