On Red Hat Linux use cyrus-imapd RPMs (was: Perl 5.8 and Cyrus Imap)

I suggest that you completely remove your attempted hand-compiled
cyrus installation, and use the Red Hat RPMs from

  http://home.teleport.ch/simix/

instead.  Simon Matter already did the work of configuring cyrus to
work well with Red Hat if you use these RPMs instead of trying to
configure cyrus by hand yourself.

If for some special reason you really *need* to hand compile cyrus,
then at least grab his cyrus-imapd SRPM, unpack it, and look
carefully through the patches and .spec file to see how it was done.
