fetchmail and cyrus lmtp

the following worked for me:
   smtphost "localhost/2003" smtpaddress "" lmtp;
I'm running lmtpd via TCP since I never got it to work with sockets.
Probably just 'smtphost ""' should be enogh to make it work.
