question about cyrus

I thought there were features in 2.1 that would do this?  Or does this
only allow the MUA to auto-create mailboxes?

I'm speaking of:
 o autocreatequota
 o createonpost
 o autocreateinboxfolders
 o autosubscribeinboxfolders
