That reminds me--a bug I found in 2.0.16 (which may be fixed in 2.1.13)
is that there's signed-issue with the variable that stores the quota
size--I found out the hard way when I though the units were bytes and
they over-flowed to what I presume was a negative number.  I'll check
bugzilla.

Would be nice to mention the units in the man page too...
