Question about Sieve and "filters"

Really, if you want to discuss extentions to sieve, the right place is on
the IETF mta-filters list (ietf-mta-filters at imc.org,
http://www.imc.org/ietf-mta-filters/index.html).

I don't think we'll be adding anything to cyrus that doesn't atleast have
an Internet-Draft published describing it.
