Many internal changes are NOT described in README.Debian :) Just external
ones.  debian/copyright has more of the internal ones, but if you REALLY
want them all, you need to read the entire Debian changelog (good luck, it
is BIG).

The code that generates them is not in stock cyrus yet. It is in bugzilla
somewhere, though.  I am not the author of that code, though. I just liked
it, and deployed it in Debian.

Yes. If everything else still works, the messages are harmless. They tell
you of a potential performance bottleneck, but that's it.
