UW folder attributes for Cyrus

Hello,
I did a big conversion from UW to Cyrus recently.
After the migration some users have been complaining
that folders they created are missing. This is where I
am consufed. UW stores everything in a
/var/spool/mail/$user Berkeley mail format. Where are
the details about the folders a particular user
created kept? If someone could give me some feedback
on this I would greatly appreciate it.
