Trouble running Cyrus IMAP 2.1.14

Are there any imap or pop3 entries in [x]inetd.conf (or whatever the 
equivalent is on OS X)?  You could also try doing:

fuser -n tcp imap

to see which processes are listening for imap connections, one of which 
better be master.
