cyrus 2.2 virtual domains and mailbox delete

After further testing, it appears as if this only fails when the result
of the LIST is one mailbox.  If you try:

lm user.igor*@ipass.net

does it work?

I have a pretty good idea where to look for this bug.  I'll try to get
to it later today or tomorrow.
