cyradm and gssapi no longer work for me with sasl 2.1.17

After I updated sasl to 2.1.17, cyradm (from cyrus-imapd-2.1.16) started
behaving funny. If I authenticate via gssapi, it won't list my mailboxes:

[andreas at pandora andreas]$ cyradm --user andreas --authz andreas --auth gssapi pandora
Cannot find termcap: Can't find a valid termcap file at /usr/lib/perl5/5.8.0/Term/ReadLine.pm line 333

pandora.distro.conectiva> lm

pandora.distro.conectiva>

Using, say, digest-md5, works fine:
[andreas at pandora andreas]$ cyradm --user andreas --authz andreas --auth digest-md5 pandora
Password:
Cannot find termcap: Can't find a valid termcap file at /usr/lib/perl5/5.8.0/Term/ReadLine.pm line 333

pandora.distro.conectiva> lm
INBOX (\HasChildren)
INBOX.Drafts (\HasNoChildren)
INBOX.Sent (\HasNoChildren)

Cyrus log seems ok:
Dec 2 10:07:16 pandora imapd[1786]: accepted connection
Dec 2 10:07:16 pandora imapd[1786]: login: pandora.distro.conectiva[10.0.17.30] andreas GSSAPI User logged in

Any hints?
This worked before.
