There is actually a libcyrus PHP module, which I never entirely understand
the point of.

That said, I'm betting that PHP was never fixed to deal with
libcyrus_min.a and libcyrus.a which 2.2 uses.  You'll need to link both
(assertionfailed is located in libcyrus_min.a).
