sieve reject rule doesnt work

Actually I dont use any patch. I assumed that I used lmtp. because the
moment master goes down, I start receiving erros in exim smth like"
temporary error from deliver"
is your patch to 3.x or 4.x exim? I am at 3.36
if its for 3, let me know where I can get it.
