Quota command giving wrong figures

Hi,

I am running Cyrus imapd version 1.6.19.  Recently I manually deleted a
large message (rm /var/spool/imap/user/<username>/<msgid>.) and now the
quota command shows the quota as if the file was still there.  I have run
reconstruct -r user.<username> but that doesn't fix the problem.

Any sugestions?  Reading the mail archive suggests that I shouldn't have
done it this way, but having done it, how do I recover?
