Quota command giving wrong figures

Great, except that I am running 1.6.19 as I mentioned in my original
message.  If there is no other way to fix this I will consider an upgrade,
but I was hoping for a less drastic solution.  Has anyone come across this
problem in 1.6.19 or similar version.
