Recently, the following errors showed up in our Cyrus log file:

Sep 19 10:30:15 emailserver imapd[23685]: [ID 136705 local6.error] IOERROR: opening
/mail/cyrus/spool/L/user/joesmith/abuse test/cyrus.header: No such file or directory
Sep 19 10:30:27 emailserver imapd[25494]: [ID 136705 local6.error] IOERROR: opening
/mail/cyrus/spool/L/user/joesmith/abuse july/cyrus.header: No such file or directory

Upon further investigation, I found that user joesmith's mailboxes' entries for
mail folders "abuse test" and "abuse july" were listed in the master
mailboxes.db file, but the corresponding mailboxes that should exist for
these folders in the mailstore were missing.

Has anyone else seen this type of problem?
