IMSP and sasl2

If you have some ambition and some decent C skills, you should be able to port 
it in about a day using Rob's posting guide that comes with SASLv2.  It only 
took me about a day to get Sendmail working (and then another to make sure it 
worked with both -- which sendmail.org required).
