need help please "cyrus-imapd-2.1.x and

[achim altmann]

hello,

i work with an webmail-tool and i would like use this with
virtual-mail-domain-accounts.

I have now installed cyrus-imapd-2.1.9 and the new-cyrus-sasl
and use this with the follwing options in

/etc/imapd.conf
.
.
.
unixhierarchysep: yes

in the doku stay "with this option i can create users with the follwing
format"

<firstname.lastname.domain.com>

i had created succesfully and the following folders  are present

i have this folders
/var/spool/imap/user/achim^altmann^domain2^de/cyrus.cache
                                             /cyrus.header  
                                            /cyrus.index
/var/imap/user/a/achim^altmann^domain2^de.seen
/var/imap/user/a/achim^altmann^domain2^de.sub



my problem is
i can logged in in my webmail-tool (twig) and i saw in the logfile
(imapd.log) that was all ok. but when i would like create a folder under
twig
that does not work
in the logfile comes this meassage
