capitalization

I recently started using cyrus 2.1.5-5 and now email addresses have become case sensative.  It used to be that you could send to Jeremy at ndsupernet.com or jeremy at ndsupernet.com and they would both work, now only all lower case works.  Is there a way to make cyrus so that it is not case sensative?
