"/share/spool/cyrus/user/someuser/Trash/1. missing" with chk_cyrus

I'm seeing the following when I run chk_cyrus:

  checking: user.someuser.Trash (/share/spool/cyrus/user/someuser/Trash)
   -> 977 records
   -> /share/spool/cyrus/user/someuser/Trash/1. missing
  /share/spool/cyrus/user/someuser/Trash/1.
   -> /share/spool/cyrus/user/someuser/Trash/2. missing
  /share/spool/cyrus/user/someuser/Trash/2.
   -> /share/spool/cyrus/user/someuser/Trash/3. missing
  /share/spool/cyrus/user/someuser/Trash/3.
   -> /share/spool/cyrus/user/someuser/Trash/4. missing
  [snipped about 300 more]

All other users are fine. The files are indeed not on the filesystem,
but what makes Cyrus think they should be? The user does not have
delete rights on that mailbox, so I'm baffled as to why they are not
present.

Thanks,

Erik.
