No.  Since LDAP can reentrantly call SASL, its not something we can really
put inside the same process as the IMAP server.  Ideally, we'd have an
auxpropd replacement to saslauthd, which would both be able to perform
saslauthd's function and return auxilliary properties to the application.

This also allows more intelligent reuse of connections to the LDAP server
(mysql could also take advantage of this).
