How well tested is RAID 5 in DiskSim?  I set up a test to look at the
average request time for writes, varying the write size and offset
into a stripe.  I'm getting strange results.  For unaligned writes,
the average time drops when the write size reaches one stripe, even
though it is really two partial stripes.  For aligned writes, the
average time doesn't drop until one stripe width plus one sector.
