FWIW, there's a bugzilla at https://bugzilla.andrew.cmu.edu/

That said, the maintainers of this software seem to only sporadically
consider community contributions, probably because the software works in
their environment and the amount of work required to help others is
large compared to near-zero benefit for CMU.

If someone has advice on how to change this, do tell!
