https://github.com/cyrusimap/cyrus-imapd/pull/2711 does not apply any
more cleanly, somebody has to work again on it.
Is it a pure accident, if contributions will be accepted within
reasonable time without reminder, and how can it be predicted, if
something will be ignored or handled?
Reasonable time expires within three months, or in the moment when a
patch does not apply anymore cleanly, whichever comes first.
https://github.com/cyrusimap/cyrus-imapd/issues/1767 as another case,
which took a lot of time, and at the end was hibernated.
Is handling patches just random happening, or is there a process,
which can be used to foresee how and when things will be handled?
