cyrusimap.org: website build script is now in git

Hi,

The website build script for cyrusimap.org is now managed in git.  This
is in preparation for making the 3.0 docs available separately from the
2.5 and master docs.

The /root/docs directory on the web server is now a git repository, with
remotes set thus:

  origin    https://github.com/cyrusimap/cyrusimap.org.git (fetch)
  origin    DISABLE (push)

The expected use case is that the script is now edited elsewhere, pushed
up to github, then pulled down onto the web server.
