 * Working on optimising JMAP for topicbox [WIP].

Ken:
* Noodling around http code - did cleanups and enhancements, pushed
  out to master.
* Cyrus future planning documentation. 
* Pushout Sasl release candidate this week.

Nicola:
* Attended the 'Write the Docs' conf representing Cyrus

Partha:
* Back to working on zeroskip again:
  + in-memory storage implementation done
  + most of the on-disk binary format implemenation is done
  + in the process of putting everything together
