That was always the plan - the cyrus.foundation thing was just to get a
quick domain name up that we could start developing on.
Cyrus Project (or Project Cyrus) does work. Looks like projectcyrus.com
is being squatted. cyrusproject.com too - $2000. Bastards.

Also, it would make things less confusing for folks if the existing
www.cyrusimap.org (and other domain names) redirected to or was simply
served by the new host.
