My fault - I was working through the instructions the other day and discovered the https URL for Cassandane was pointing at the cyrus-imap repo but not until after I'd updated the docs with the contents of the INSTALL file (from the wrong repo). I'm in the process of updating it with all the extra Perl module dependencies and it should be sorted in a couple of hours.
