Error in replication after upgrading cyrus from 2.3.xx to 2.4.10

1. I deleted mailbox on replica through cyradm
2. Then on master I reconstruct mailbox:  sudo 
/usr/local/cyrus/bin/reconstruct -rGRU user.2824416
3. Then on master I start replication:  sudo 
/usr/local/cyrus/bin/sync_client -ovlm user.2824416
In log files on master:

On replica there is no file /var/spool/imap/sync./16275/9ac25e7211d0036c8c49241e5b33f7b9ca231d63, but directory /var/spool/imap/sync./16275/  exist with appropriate rights. On replica I see that mailbox user.2824416 created with some messages, reconstructing it fixes some errors, but syncing again prints same error.

Any suggestions?
