in many situations cyrus-imapd is used in configuration with postfix as
MTA, and amavis-new
(http://www.ijs.si/software/amavisd/) which uses also to "spamassassin",
"clamav"
and IIRC there should be the possibility to add support for dspam
(although amavisd-new should not
handle it as good as SA).
