This assumes that the ability of setting this special annotation also means
the server will honor it. Probably a save thing to do with the current
implementations. But this gives this detection two small drawbacks:
a) has to be done on one folder
Which is not as simple sometimes. E.g. a Kolab Server
non-home server will give
most users only some rights on the INBOX because they only connect to those
servers to see shared folders. So for me it is not guarenteed that there are
write permissions for the annotation of the INBOX folder always.
Also it is slight more expensive than just parsing the CAPABILITIES
which is already existing code
b) Implementation might not honor the annotation even when set sometimes in
the future or in strange setting, e.g. migrated folders with annotations. At
least this is another assumption that might break.
